We had an amazing stay at the MGM Signature Penthouse. We felt like we were a normal part of the MGM property and did not run into any issues at all during our stay. We especially enjoyed the views of the strip from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable as well. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Las Vegas.

Room with the View!
This was our bucket list trip and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious and very clean! The veiw from our balcony was breathtaking, especially at night with all the city lights! We enjoyed how close we were to everything in walking distance! This is the place to stay!

Best view of the strip and beyond our expectations
Me and my 2 GF were impressed with our stay at Cindy place . We were super comfortable staying there , we’re able to cook breakfast and relax in the morning after shows and sightseeing . Unit has jacuzzi bathtub that easily fit two. Such a treat if you walk whole day ! Close enough to all major strip hotels . We felt very secure there . We were delighted with our stay in Vegas.

Short stay in Vegas
The place is as advertised, with great views of the strip. Super convenient, valet service was a plus, check-in was easy. Great location, connected to the MGM Grand so you can hop on the monorail - but at the same time just far enough to be a bit more private and less hectic.

Our stay was amazing! from check in, complimentary valet and a very short walk to the mgm monorail was an added convenience when we did not need to drive. Balcony view was nice, this was our second time staying at this property. Great location, It’s our new favorite!

Loved the location and the proximity to the MGM swimming pools. Didn’t love the condition of this room. Shower flooded due to a drainage issue. Was handled quickly. Then noticed one of the sinks started clogging. The room needs some paint. Was not up to my expectations. Pillows stained. Sheets stained with blood dots. Will stay again but not in this room unless it is spruced up.

The room was perfect and exactly as shown in the photos. I loved the location, close to the strip but on directly on it. Made for beautiful views from the terrace without all the noise from the strip. The room was clean (and I have worked in hospitality so I know what to look for). MGM Signature Tower 1 penthouse
The condo was clean, the management responded quickly when there was a leak in a pipe in the bathroom. It was conveniently located in the Signature tower of MGM and we were just a short walk to the MGM. Enjoyed our stay.

It was a very nice stay
First time being in Vegas. The room was perfect and was close to all the amenities. Loved ask the workers everyone was very nice. The only thing that we were running low on toilet paper at the end of our trip and we requested for more towels but front desk said they couldn't give us any. But all in all I would 100% be coming back.

Unexpectedly Great View
I got the penthouse for its great price, didn't expect the great view! Place was clean and had everything I could need. Even better- I was ready to walk to Walgreens to grab some travel basics / drinks / snacks, and there's a kiosk downstairs before I could even leave the property that had everything I need. Main MGM Casino / food court was connected which was also great. Would recommend to anyone!

One week business trip
Pros - Clean, nice property near the strip with a kitchen. The price was right. Cons - Many of the cons are likely COVID related staffing issues. First, parking is valet only and the valet service for 2 of the buildings doesn't operate from 6pm to 8am. Getting or dropping off your car during those hours can be a pain. Self park is a LONG LONG walk. Next, maintenance in the room was a bit lacking. I fixed a few things in the room myself. For example, the stopper in one of the sinks didn't work. Easy fix in less than a minute. But they are either short on inspectors or maintenance people to fix little stuff like that. Next, when the wind picks up (which it does in Vegas) the sliding doors to the balconies vibrate. On windy days, you could clearly hear the rumbling of the neighboring doors rumbling all day and all night. Every 15 minutes or so, our door would vibrate which would be VERY loud. And a finally, a warning about the WiFi. The WiFi is not encrypted/has no password protection. If you are trying to do government or corporate work that requires secure communications, you may have issues establishing a connection.

Wonderful room and location
We stayed 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. The area was great, the room was fantastic. We loved everything about our stay! We had a little delay checking in because our names weren’t updated on our reservation but Cindy called and fixed it for us - literally everything else was effortless and enjoyable! Highly recommend the room and hotel, it had everything. The huge jetted tub was amazing after all the walking around Vegas too!

Very Nice
The room has some wear and tear such as stains on the carpet and the table has some scratches/varnish coming off but other than that, everything else was perfect from the view outside our balcony to the quietness of the hotel at night. It was a bit of a walk from the room to the casino but completely worth it. Room was kept very clean and the water pressure in the shower was strong. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 night stay here very much. We both loved the room and the location. The room was in great condition and we loved the view. We also enjoyed being just off the strip so that we could escape all the excitement if we wanted to. We would definitely stay again!

So check this out, My husband and I planned a trip to see Dave Chapelle at the MGM. We also we’re staying to attend a wedding. This suite was everything we wanted and more. The balcony view was lovely, Jacuzzi was huge a relaxing. The location was perfect for what we needed. We definitely plan on visiting again in the future.

Fabulous location adding to a wonderful experience
Everything we needed was in place, check in was a breeze and the free valet service was bonus for our rental vehicle. We loved the opportunity to use the pool in tower 2 with our children and having a place to prepare small meals and snacks with a table for the kids to do homework enhanced our visit to the strip. Relaxing on the balcony with a glass of wine while the kids settled to sleep was a nice end to the busy days. I would recommend this rental to and couple or small family as an option. I will look at staying here again if we return on vacation.

I think the most important bit is that the advert did not clearly state this was not a hotel but a privately owned condo. As a result a couple of small queries upon arrival could. It be dealt with by reception. That said, the owner could. Not be more helpful or available if she tried.

They never clean the room while you are staying there except for an extra fee. They only take the garbage for an extra fee. They only change the bed or give you more towels for an extra fee. We were there for six days and cleaned our own room and removed our own trash so we wouldn't be paying for extra fees we found out about a week before we got there and by then they had my non refundable deposit.

Wonderful room and great location!
Simply put, the room was fantastic. We enjoyed going out on the balcony and leaving the door open for a nice cool breeze (no need for A/C during our stay in April) at night. We had one maintenance issue where the shower did not want to completely turn off. We called the maintenance staff and they fixed it immediately. We were not charged any "damage fee" because this was an inherent manufacturer shower issue. The only thing I want to point out about the owner is that she responds better to phone calls than to emails or VRBO messages. I typically like handling things through written form because I don't want to bother people over the phone. However, the only way to get a response out of the owner was typically through the phone (which is fine). Just letting all you know out there that don't let the owner's preference of communication steer you away from this great rental. If you need something, just call the owner. She will either pick up immediately, or call you back very soon.

The suite was everything we needed! Great location, spacious, good amenities and very quiet! Cindy was also very helpful with her email she sent prior to us arriving, we knew exactly what to expect when we go there! Would stay there again for sure! *only complaint, the suite could have used a good scrub, a bit dusty, dishes weren’t very clean and walls had various spills dried on them..

would recommend this villa to anyone who asked. Great location. Not right on the strip, but close enough that everything is walkable. Monorail nearby if you don't want to walk. Everything in villa was as described. Will be back on our next visit.

Great penthouse with an awesome view!
We stayed in the suite Oct 1-4. The suite is awesome with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this caliber. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even tho we arrived on the day of the terrible shooting. It affected our stay a little, but the Signature staff remained professional and courteous. We would definitely book again for a future stay. Thanks Cindy!!
