"They don't have bell baggage service during the week. Nor do they offer a cart for assistance or anyone at the front desk offered eitther. Not everyone has wheels on their luggage. It was,a 3 day stay and we had coolers, and alit of heavy luggage without any help. I brought my mom who is disabled and 80. I have back problems myself. The reservation was for 2 queen with fridge and coffee. The first room wasn't that. The second room had someone already in it. The third room only had a king size bed. By that time of running around carrying our own luggage qe stayed in that room. It took us 3 hours to finally settle in. Which took away from outlr other plans. Most of the restaurants abd places to eat are closed accept the 24 hour place which we had breakfast . The eggs had a funny taste to them so we didnt eat there again. The room was dusty in the bathroom and floors. In the lobby are sales people who dont work for circus circus trying to give you tours and vouchers. Annoying as heck and constant. Very obnoxious. Then I noticed at night, the large front clown sign isn't working properly. I think they're getting ready to shut down and just squeezing the.last drop out of it. We live four hours away which is tiresome itself. I will NEVER stay there again and neither should anyone else! "
