"They were good"

"This had to be one of the worst hotel stays I have ever been to in Las Vegas. Upon arrival the area for the hotel rooms had a horrible smell, like sewage! I had upgraded my room to a deluxe suite, the best thing that came from that is it had two bathrooms, but honestly it was not worth it! It looked as if the staff only went in the bathroom to clean maybe the sink and put new towels bcs my shower needed to be unclogged when I arrived and I needed to call again to ask for a refill on conditioner bcs mid shower I realized the dispenser was out. I tried to call and get out of my reservation and switch it to another chain hotel that they were part of but since I booked through Expedia they were not able to help me. This hotel would have been a good fit for a cheap stay for young college students, but I will not be staying here ever again. "

"Things closed quite often. Never saw the pizza place open that was in the hotel. I would walk past pretty frequently too. The food place located on the casino floor say 24/7 but it isn't. This property shouldn't charge a resort fee if all the amenities are closed throughout the night when gamblers and adults are active mostly. Outside of those things the hotel wasn't bad. Looked like it could use a touch of paint to brighten up the red on the outside of the casino. I see the life this place once had and wish it would come back. I overall would stay here again. Truily wasn't a bad time, i just wanted to leave feedback on the things I noticed. "

"If I was aware there was an airport shuttle, I will would have used it. Otherwise, my 1 night stay was peaceful, relaxing and I look forward to another stay at Excalibur. "

"Great place to stay! Some of the staff need customers service training. Housekeeping super nice staff and they made you feel at home, they went above and beyond by placing my sons blanket like if it was his bed, great job! "

"Not a bad hotel. Requires updating of numbers, but generally not bad. I didn't understand why we need kiosks for check-in and check-out, if in any case you have to stand at the front desk employee. Expensive entrance to the pool."
