Great Location
Had a very nice stay. Location is off the strip, but only 5-10 mins walk to MGM Grand and the monorail station through the indoor walkway. Able to prepare our own food purchased from a nearby Target. Nice to have a fridge big enough to store food and drinks. Check in and check out was a breeze and we were able to store our luggage after checkout and still have access to the pool.

Trip to Vegas to see Gonzaga play at the Garden Arena which is a short distance from the place. The room was just as it was on the listing. Mark was real easy to work with and responsive. The room was quite and has a great view of the new Sphere.The heated walk way from the tower to MGM was super nice. The ammenties in the towers are nice, so you do not always have to head to the MGM.

Luxury affordable
Loved the big jetted tub, double sinks. Bathroom is half the size of the condo! Has everything you need plus can cook a bit of your own food if you don’t feel like eating out. Close to the strip but not too close. Make sure to bring tip money for Vallets and bell men with your luggage. Can also take up your own luggage. Condo has a great view. We took our 2 teens and they slept on the sofa bed. We had lots of fun watching the Sphere change through the night. Easy 10-15 minute walk to MGM and the mall there. All through pedways. Nice pools. Would stay again. Very today and clean. Made for a couple but 1-2 kids work too as they can sleep on the sofa bed. Makes it tight though when both beds open. Owner quick to respond. No issues checking in or out. Check out can be done on the tv. I liked that there was an extra set of doors in the hallway to the elevator that we could close to soundproof noise coming from the hallway outside.

An awesome stay!
We come every year and always stay at The Signature. Our stay at Mark's apt was great. The place has everything you need, full kitchen, great view of the Strip, full access to MGM pools, the gym, valet parking... Mark was very communicative and took very good care of us. We can't wait to be back.

Great location
Although I probably would not stay in Tower 3 of the MGM Signature hotel again, this was a nice location in relation to the monorail and the Vegas Strip. Had some issues at check-in that the property owner quickly resolved. The pool in tower 3 is closed indefinitely so you will need to hike to the other ones that are available. Tower 3 is the furthest from the MGM casino so it is a bit of a walk. Other than that, the room was clean and had a great view of the new Sphere.

We planned a last minute, 1.5 trip to Vegas. This room was listed for an amazing price, and it was perfect. the jacuzzi tub was our favorite, and I loved having the elevators/ice machine right across the hall. In addition, the owner responded to my booking very quickly with his own spontaneous trip story :) I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful stay
Upon arrival there was a small issue with check in at front desk but, was quickly resolved by the host. No fault of the host. After a very long flight we were able to check in an hour early which was great. The room was nice & clean. The bed was comfy. Loved the location. We enjoyed walking to the strip. Overall we had a wonderful stay & the host was great!

Quiet property just off the Strip. Easy indoor walk to MGM or up Harmon to the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio. Owner responded to questions quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unit was exactly as pictured. Pools were nice and close. Reasonably priced. Unit could have provided some additional kitchen items such as salt and pepper, coffee filters. Would stay here again.

Great Stay! Quiet and Roomy
We enjoyed our stay at in Tower 3. Bathroom was spacious, bed was comfy and everything was clean. The view is pretty - especially at night. Walking to MGM was safe and we were able to leave our luggage with the Bell Desk on check out day. I’m recovering from a severely broken ankle so we mostly Ubered to shows and dinner but there is plenty to do and see near this rental. My sister and I are already looking at our calendars so that we can get back again!

Perfect! Close to Plant Hollywood about a block away. Clean, nice view, coffee maker, fridge, no resort fees, no parking fees, 24hr free valet. The best part is the huge bathroom with a separate tub and big walk-in shower. Very good priced. I will stay here when I go back.

Thanks Kim. Yes indeed I use the monorail with regularity. Pro tip to any guests, you can buy a multiple pass ticket if you're going to make several trips or have friends with you. Simply hand it back to your friend on the other side of the entry turnstyle so they can insert it and enter. I have a 20 ride pass and have used it to get 3-4 friends on without individual tickets! Thanks again for staying and the 5 star review.

Units are great for two, but I always feel going beyond that, while capable, starts to get tight. Anyway, we do have the cleaning company's placard in the unit and advise that they can be contacted during your stay for more items, room refreshes, etc. Thanks again for staying, have a great 2023!!

Great property and location! Unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. Communication with Mark was easy and informative. The only “issue” we experienced was at check in—associate requested an email with my nickname (cc was “James” and I made reservation using “Jim”)—even though my license showed address and used same cc). Overall, a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at MGM Signature and will definitely be repeat customers. It's nice to be connected to the larger MGM Resort for the activities but be in the quiet non-casino side of the property. Especially loved the Signature pool. Short distance to the Strip is convenient.

Marvelous property

Good Condotel but some MGM issues
Place was as described. We've rented a lot of them over the years. This one was in pretty decent condition. Tiny coffee pot and no cutting board otherwise just like the others. The valet parking was a nightmare and the clientele has definitely declined. They closed valet after we all sat in our cars for 30 minutes then sent us to MGM parking which is a 20 minute walk. Daytime wasn't much better so something needs improvement. Ignorant guests and cab drivers screaming at the valets who are just employees. Had to call security I'm like wow...where are we. Clientele inside wasn't much better wo we might be picking new digs but the unit itself was fine

Sorry the crowd was rowdy there, that isn't the norm though I see you were there on a weekend in July, and there are some sporting events that bring in rather raucous crowds at times. Anyway, glad you found the unit good but apologize for the gathered masses over which unfortunately we have no control... Take care, have a good rest of 2022.

The photos don’t do this stay justice. We were blown away by the quality. From the moment we drove in we were treated like royalty. Extremely friendly guest services. Our door lock went faulty and was fixed in no time. Hoping to stay again soon. Will definitely share this experience with friends and family.

Great Place to Stay!
I would suggest anyone stay at this place, it was clean and well maintained. The fridge and microwave/stove are great to have and the location is fantastic. The pool/lazy river access was great. Under a 10 min walk to the strip. The owner is instantly responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time there.
