We didn’t get the room we paid for which was a huge let down, given that we booked over 6 months in advance. Vdara did their best to make it right and we still had an excellent trip! Rooms are nice, yet showing their age. Loved the location and would return!

The suite is fantastic - good location and overlooks the Bellagio fountains and The Sphere, which is beautiful to see at night. Valet parking was included, which was great. Staff were helpful, friendly and very polite. The only disappointment was the lack of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen. We needed to call housekeeping for them, and they only provided plates and bowls - no glasses or coffee cups, and the cutlery was plastic. For the price and quality of the suite we would have expected better in the kitchen. Regardless, we would stay here again.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we have shared your it with the Vdara staff and housekeeping department . Post Covid, the Vdara now has a system of removing the dirty dishes and cookware from the suite after each guest to sanitize in a central kitchen. The Vdara front desk will bring any items up to you including glasses, wineglasses, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher soap, trash bags. That way, the kitchen will be stocked when you are ready to use it. We hope we get the chance to host you again in the future.

Nice, central location and modern facilities. The room is large and clean. Big living, dining and washroom area. However, the room design is a bit strange: the "hall" closet is in the bathroom area. As well, there is two entries to the bathroom, which is fine, but then there is no door on the toilet stall. The two televisions were being disrupted by some connection issues.

Pool option wasn’t available we have to go to different resort for pool not happy. My room was very dusty. They told us 2 king but for 2 queen.

My apologies that during high wind days, the Vdara Pool is closed. But guests are always welcome to use the Aria Pool across the street when the Vdara pool is closed. Also, the only option at Vdara is 1 King bed for the bedrooms. There is not an option for 2 queen beds. Best wishes,

I am sorry for your less than excellent experience.. Our concierge services have not been reinstated since the lockdown... and we have had challenges with new staffing. Our new staff is getting trained to the standards that we had pre-covid and I hope you will try us again in a couple months when our staff is better trained.

We had high hopes for our stay. Room looked great online as well as the property. Stayed memorial day weekend Fri-Mon. Checked in at 4pm took a shower immediately to prepare for our dinner that evening. After a 5 min shower I noticed water wasn’t draining and I stood in maybe 1-2in of water. No big deal as we requested housekeeping to take care of it when we scheduled a change in linens/towels for the next morning. We left the property the next morning to go to a pool party and housekeeping was supposed to do their thing at some point the next day. When we came back to the hotel that afternoon, nothing was cleaned, drain wasn’t cleared, and a pile of towels/linens were simply dropped off. We were quite disappointed and then tried leaving the Housekeeping button on for them to clean the next day again. Nothing/nobody’s came. In fact nobody came the whole weekend to clean the room. Very Disappointed! Spent over $4k reserving the room for 4 guests @ 55th floor 2BR suite. Pros: Concierge very warm and obliging and bell-hops/valets very accommodating. We took care of them but nobody took care of our room. Can’t say i’d stay here again unfortunately.

This is a really fantastic property. It has an amazing, central location. Perfect for family…enough of Vegas, without the smoking and pool parties. Great condition and excellent staff. The spa was top notch. The only negative I have ia the workout facility. Very small and the bigger problem is they don’t open until 8 am. This is crazy for people like us traveling from the eastern time zone.

Once, we had a bad review because the guest had a problem with a slow pizza delivery. This review feels the same, the fitness center is not owned by me, I wish I could influence their operating hours. As far as my amazing suite and what I own, I will do my best to give your group a great experience.

thaks for your review, yes, the rates were higher for your holiday stay, sorry that I can not offer deep discounts for many of the premium dates. The Vdara Hotel is actually in the middle of the best part of the Las Vegas Strip! You are a 1 minute walk to Bellagio, a 2 minute walk to Aria and a 3 minute walk to Aria. This is in a great location!

The suite is falsely advertised. The pictures are not what the actual suite looks like. Apparently, this is also not actually part of Vdara property and is privately owned so that means the hotel cannot help with anything. The suite is older, not kept up, and overall run-down - with many little broken things (can't open window shades in one bedroom), mold, and hard-to-open shower doors. The whole suite smelled musty and there was water left in the sinks, for who knows how long. I've stayed in the Vdara many times for work and actually been in the room in the pictures, so you can imagine when I showed up to a much smaller run-down space and the hotel couldn't do anything to help. Instead of ruining the one night, my friends came to visit, we just dealt with it (at least there were beds). Working on getting a discount, the rooms booked directly at the Vdara are cheaper and much nicer - you can even get the room in the pictures ;) Hotels.com you should take this off your site and not advertise it as if it's the Vdara. This has never happened when booking through hotels.com before, but now I have pause to book again next time I need a room.

Thanks for the review, we do a good job of providing the exact photos of the suites that we advertise. However, we do not authorize Hotels.com to list our property and it appears that Hotels.com does not take the same care we do when matching photos to the listing. In regards to the items in need of repair.. having experienced some short staffing at Vdara recently, there have been some maintenance issues that were slow to get repaired. We now have everything repaired that this guest pointed out. We apologize for this guests unsatisfactory stay and will do a better job in the future.

We were told that servicing the room would cost extra. That was not clear when I booked the room. There was a problem with the shower. They didn’t fix it…and were very short when we asked. It seemed like they were mad that we made a review that wasn’t stellar. But, we were disappointed in the room’s condition. The ac grate was hanging open, we didn’t have forks, although we had like 20 knifes, there was a leak with the shower, and in general the wall paper was pealing and the furniture was beat up and showing itss age.

Thank you for the excellent review! I would add that the Vdara is the same distance from the Strip (aka Las Vegas Blvd) as the Bellagio and the Aria Hotel, which are both next door. The Vdara is set back from the Strip about 200 yards, just like most hotels on the Strip.

Because of some Covid related staffing shortages, this guest was not happy with her one night stay. Unfortunately, she did not let us know about any problems with the suite while she was there, or else we could have easily and promptly addressed them. If you stay with us, we are eager for you to have a perfect stay, if anything is less than perfect, our Vdara front desk is on hand to make things right asap..

We had a corner suite which was an amazing view. The suite was very nice and comfy! It was my husbands birthday an his first time in Vegas so he really enjoyed. There was no housekeeping which was ok because we didn’t need any. Only downside we couldn’t get a late checkout due to it being an owner suite and someone was checking in right behind us. We will stay again!

Hip, modern decor and a great view of Bellagio Fountain but far to walk to other areas, and room layout is not ideal. Watch out for the service charges which doubled the cost of our one night stay. We asked for the pullout bed to be made up but they only opened it, and left the sheets for us to put on.

Hi, The only service fee that we have is the check out cleaning fee of $120. That is the same price if you stay for 1 night or 1 week. You stayed for 1 night only and you had a great total price of $250 for a 1 BR, 850 sq ft penthouse suite with Bellagio Fountain Views. So to have your room rate be the same price as the cleaning fee is a great thing! We do not charge resort fees. Last thing to mention, the Vdara is a 1 minute walk to the Bellagio, a 2 minute walk to Aria and a 3 minute walk to the Cosmo, I personally feel that the Vdara is located in the best part of the Strip!

Service was bad
The room was really nice and nice views.the only thing that I was disappointed was the service. I was going to check in on the time they told me to check in. But they took like 3 hours for the room to be ready didn’t have anywhere where to stay.Cause of this they gave me 150 dollar voucher to spend on food and drinks. I order food and got a call from the coffee restaurant and I was told that they didn’t have any of the food that I order so I didn’t got get many choices of the food. Also I wanted to talk to the owner of this room to see if I can have more time cause of the service talking a long time I enter the hotel room like at 5pm when I got there at 1:30pm. Tried to talk to him the phone number that they send me in case there was something I want to talk to the owner I give them a call and finding out that that’s not his phone number of the owner. So I was not able to contact the owner of the room and the receptions also didn’t have any information of the owner. I pretty much paid for for a full day that day and to not enter like at 5pm and to get check out on 11am and not get more time it was disappointed
