"The host Shirl was amazing and responsive to communicate with. We needed to change the dates of our trip from January to March and she was able to work with us. Checking in and out was very easy.The house is comfortable and well stocked and towels and linens. It is not a new property and it shows in small places but does not affect the comfort of guests. The only thing that threw us off a little was that in photos of the rooms there was a bunk bed situation but IRL there is only one double bed. Luckily one of the people in our party of 6 was willing to take the sofa. BTW the sofas are VERY comfortable to take naps in should anyone find the need. The best thing about this house is it’s proximity to stores and restaurants which are all walking distance or a 2min drive. It is also very close to the freeway. I highly recommend this stay for people visiting the Las Vegas area if you are looking for a chill place to rest away from urban bustle."

"We arrived to find a well-appointed, clean, and comfortable house that my husband and I, along with our cat and dog, would call "home" for six weeks while our actual home, located just 2 miles away, was being remodeled. We had no complaints and would go through Evolve to rent a short-term property again. The cost was fair and well worth the accommodation, in our opinion. The house is located close to the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is minimal traffic. The neighbors were all polite, friendly, and quiet. The pool was a lovely place to relax in the Las Vegas sun and the waterfall and palm trees made a nice, serene place to hang out, especially in the evenings. We would gladly recommend this property!"
