Las Vegas Springs Preserve

Everything is now so automated. There is no room service anymore, you order on an app and one of the restaurants between Paris and Horseshoe delivers it. We ordered a carafe of coffee one morning, got 4 cardboard cups of lukewarm coffee. There is no microwave in the room, so there was no way to heat it back up. No way to talk to someone if there is a problem with your order. A carafe of morning coffee is an indulgence while on a vacation, real cup and saucer or mug, real spoon, pitcher of cream, not cardboard cups and plastic utensils. Can’t call the front desk, you get an operator who decides if they will transfer you there or not. Usually not “because they are too busy”. The rooms were “totally renovated” according to the description, but the bath room vanities are a mess, all chipped and banged up. Housekeeping was in the room next door to ours when we left to go downstairs. I asked if our room could be done next, and was assured it would, only 3 hours later when I popped back in for a minute it hadn’t been done. Overall, we won’t stay there again, and it was always one of our favorite places when it was Bally’s.
