"Very nice hotel. Great staff."

"The in-room WiFi wasn’t working and they said it wouldn’t be working. That the in-room was a third party and they had no control!! Out coffee table was about to fall apart. Maintenance did come to try and save it but they couldn’t. So we had to live with it for the duration of our stay. The bar was never staffed and we had to go search for someone to assist. This is not a 5 star or 4 star hotel. It is in desperate need of help"

"Spotless and comfortable room high up in a modern building in a quiet corner of Syracuse. Espresso machine in the kitchen area. Breakfast was a voucher for coffee and a pastry in a busy but lovely local cafe. Super-handy for the Neapolis classical architecture park. A bit of a walk to any decent bars or restaurants, but the walk was pleasant and safe."

"Great location, easy walk to all the sights in Siracusa and Ortigia. Spacious room with a Balcony overlooking the main street. Reception and Breakfast staff helpful and friendly."

"The hotel is beautiful and the first night I was there I was in a really cool room with a loft. I left for a week and then came back and stayed another night. This time the room was underneath the restaurant and was super loud until well after 11 PM. But overall, it’s a lovely property and very well located."

"Friendly staff throughout. Restaurant food was top notch, fab breakfast choice. Location excellent for archeological park and museum, short 30min stroll to Ortega. Couldn’t fault it. "

"The room was big and spacious. The hotel was close to everything, you dont need no car. Breakfast was in nearby bakery which only allows 1 food and 1 beverage. Host is nice though she didnt come on site. She gladly answered all my questions on whats app. "
