"Professional, experts in hotel customer service, ease of checking and checkout, the breakfast was delicious (fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, fresh bagels and cream cheese), the rooms were clean, I could turn up the heat to stay warm, it was quiet on both sides of the hotel so it doesn’t matter where you stay. Thank you to all the staff! "

"We liked the location and apartment itself. But we did not have heat for two days. The contact kept saying they were raising heat but it didn’t work. Remote heat not a good idea.The couch needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable. Kitchen chairs are filthy.There is a step up to place from front and back which should have at least reflective paint or tape for nighttime. Almost tripped! Upstairs tenants can be noisy."
