"We had asked to check in early and they had told us yes it would be within an hour ! Three hours later at 3:00 pm we got our room ! I was disappointed in this we had made plans but cancelled them cause we were waiting on the hour time frame promised ! We saw tons of people check out cleaning staff was on duty you would have thought we could have gotten one room ready for us with two small children! "

"Everything was fine for our one night stay. I wasn't quite sure how the airport shuttle worked so we took a Uber. The front desk clerk was great but he really needed a second person. The line behind me was out the door and the phones were ringing. I felt that he handled it well but definitely needed a second attendant. Breakfast was good and there was enough seating."

"Nice hotel. New. Good front desk (pleasant and helpful). My only minor complaint is that rooms booked through Hotels.com are smaller than the average size hotel room. You should provide a disclaimer up-front stating that rooms are not always comparable in size."
