The rugged landscapes, rolling hills, and crystal-clear streams create a paradise for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. Delve into the area's past by exploring ancient ruins like standing stones, hill forts, and prehistoric settlements, as well as learning about its mining history. The North Cornish stunning coast is a short drive away; walkers will enjoy the stunning South West Coast Path, surfers will enjoy some of the best breaks in the country at Bude's sandy beaches, while legendary Tintagel, with its ancient myths and tales of King Arthur, is 18 miles away..

This characterful property offers a warm and bright welcome as you enter, with a comfy sofa and TV, a pull-out table and chairs and a compact kitchen. If you don’t fancy cooking, however, fresh meals can be bought from your host, who is a trained chef, for a small fee. The double bed is warm and inviting and there's even a little step to pull out if you need a helping hand! Completing the layout is a stylish bathroom with electric shower.

Outside is where you will be transported into your very own idyllic scene, with two balconies and 2 acres for you to enjoy. At the right time of year, you’ll encounter a sea of daffodils and bluebells, or a snowdrop carpet is visible in more wintry months. A woodland path leading to a further seating area by a stream is an incredible perk, and there is a hot tub large enough for up to 4 people, BBQ and fire pit to make the most of.
