Situated in a quiet, rural location and just 4 miles from the historic town of Launceston and 2 miles from the A30 making touring this glorious area a breeze. Trethorne golf course is just 1 mile away, and Launceston golf club is 5 miles. Fishing nearby. Shop 4 miles, pub 2 miles.
