Spring Park Farmhouse is a wonderful cottage located in Launceston, Cornwall. It has four bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room and WC, one king-size, one double with an en-suite shower room and WC and one double. There is a separate family shower room and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area. Outside has a lawned garden and patio area with furniture and wood fired hot tub. Off-road parking is available for several cars. Spring Park Farmhouse is the ideal property for friend and family celebrations.
