"Yes everything was good only problem was returning back to the room I had before and the bed is still damaged from my last visit but overall very good quiet stay I love this property "

"Basic but comfortable rooms. Lovely and quiet. Staff was excellent- very welcoming. Location cannot be beat- close to Rittenhouse and major bus lines on Walnut and Market streets. "

"Everything was great ! Only thing that threw me off was me inviting family over and having to make them leave due to the host saying I only put 4 guests. But I did mention I was coming from Atlanta to visit family and that I was going to have a dinner. "

"During my previous stay at this establishment, I encountered no adverse remarks. Regrettably, upon check-in, rooms were unavailable, necessitating a prolonged wait for housekeeping to complete the room turnover process. Furthermore, there were remnants of food on the carpets. Regrettably, the hallways emitted a distinct and unpleasant odor. As previously mentioned, I have made multiple visits to this establishment while visiting friends and family, and I have not experienced this situation. I suspect that this incident may have been attributed to staffing or organizational issues. I do hope they consider at least a momentary accommodation. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"The place was listed as accommodations for 3 guests. But 2 full size beds doesn’t really accommodate 3 ppl. Also, it’s utterly without any kind of charm. "
