"Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

"The room was fine for what I needed for, I was in for the Penn Relays. For the most part, it was clean with plenty of in room amenities but did not have a TV. The only real negative was that I got locked out of my bedroom for approximately 2 hours in the middle of the night, because there was a passcode lock on the door and it shut behind me and locked. It was very frustrating contacting people because all my information and laptop were in the bedroom. The host apologized and said he didn't...

"An overall good place to stay when visiting Philly. The place is in a great location. The apartment was clean. The bathroom could use some work, namely, the shower and the towel hooks. The bedroom could use a few more outlets. Otherwise, this place was good."

"Check in was as painless as could be. Host was super communicative, even offering suggestions for all kinds of activities and food and things to do in the area. Location was great, right downtown by the convention center. Very clean. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my travels. Firm memory foam. This would be the first place I look to stay at if I'm ever back in the area. "
