"The staff were very helpful and went on and above to facilitate us, the rooms were excellent for our purposes and the pub on site was a big plus too - great food and drinks!"

"I travel a lot, locally and farther away. This is the first time that I LITERALLY had to check myself in and MAKE MY ROOM key. Seriously, this could have been a link to an app that I could have filled out in advance (like in most medical offices). Same thing with check out. Had to check out on a tablet. I get it, reduce the number of people you need at a front desk, but a $200 a night hotel is NOT McDonalds or Red Roof Inn."
