We really enjoy our stay here and it is the highlight of our trip. Location is great, 3-5 min walk from wengen station. The view outside our balcony is breathtaking. Breakfast is included and everything is freshly made with good variety.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and although we didn’t have dinner there, the food smelled great and the restaurant was busy at night. We checked out earlier than usual and they even packed us a small meal since we were leaving before breakfast was served. The room was small but had all that we needed and was very clean.

Our balcony looks out over the alps.We slept with the balcony door open and woke up every morning to the view of the alps! The breakfast is delicious. They source a lot of their ingredients locally. We also ate dinner here and the food is high quality. The rooms are very clean and the sheets smell so fresh. The mattress is comfortable. It’s a short walk down from the train station.

Independently Owned and amazing

Independently owned property that was truly refreshing to see. It’s a third generation run business and they do such a great job. The place is convenient, clean, and cozy. The restaurant is one of the most sought after in the city so we strongly recommend making reservations as soon as possible. We will definitely be back!!!

Of all the places we stayed in Switzerland, this was our absolute favorite! Starting with the staff, each person was extremely helpful and nice. Then, there's the view. Pay for the balcony, it is worth it! We heard dinner at this restaurant is the best in town, but regrettably, we did not try it. Only downsides - material of the sheets isnt comfy - like jersey sheets that pill. Pillows are uncomfy. Water pressure on top floor is weak, not sure about other floors. Makes washing hair a challenge. But, staff and view make up for these!

Great property and amazing staff. Unable to control the tempreture in room, so it can get warm or cold in the room. Also, no mini fridge in room abd limited water in room. Bring drinks if you are thirsty.

Any hotel you walk in the person at the reception is the one who can make or break the joy of the stay ..and Daria was fabulous. Very sweet person . So were the rest of the staff Breakfast was good and hospitality great . I was regretting not having planned to stay here more than 2 nights that we did .
