A wonderful hotel that combines style and comfort. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with many small details that make the stay especially comfortable. The overall interior is charming, and the food is excellent as well. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous hotel! Relaxing, peaceful, and luxurious with gorgeous views of the town adn mountain! Conveniently located next to the Murren Train station. Would def stay there again! Also, the hotel staff were very kind, and helpful!

We absolutely loved our stay here and would be back in a heartbeat. The staff were wonderful and helpful and we loved our omelettes and fresh pancakes for breakfast. It was great to use the spa facilities after a day out exploring. The train station is nearby as is the cable car so was nice to use either modes of transport down to Lauterbrunnen and to Schiltorn. Perfect 👌

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Mürren Palace. The hotel is conveniently located near the station, with luggage assistance available on request. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. The hotel also has wonderful spaces for relaxing and socialising. The surrounding scenery and views of the Swiss Alps were simply magnificent! We only wish we had stayed longer. Highly recommended for a memorable Swiss Alpine experience.

One of the top hotels I’ve EVER stayed in. So luxurious and welcoming at the same time. The breakfast was one of our highlights… the dining room had breathtaking views. We never ate dinner there, as the menu seemed too fancy for our five and seven-year-old to enjoy. Would be an amazing honeymoon or a couples hotel. There is also a kids playroom for our kids to decompress each day. Steps from the train station, which was very convenient.

A wonderful place to stay in Murren. Conveniently located 2 minutes away from the train station, with beautiful views of the mountains. Breakfast is included and will not disappoint. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed both nights we were there, didn’t get to try their dinner. Staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms are updated and clean. One minor detail I would change is the lighting in the vanity area. Spa is included, w/ 1 steam room and 2 dry saunas, cold plunge and relaxation room. Would love to come back!

Beautiful location, outside all of the hustle & bustle. Panoramic views. Room was clean and spacious. Food & Beverage Lunch/Dinner menu is somewhat limited. Breakfast included in our stay was very good with ample offerings. Restaurant across from train station has a few more offerings.

Only negative that you might want to be aware of is that it was fairly loud, the sound of bottles being dumped at a nearby recycling station in the morning , and kids screaming from the nearby playground. Not much the hotel could do about these things. Positives: excellent staff, great breakfast, clean property. We will be back.

If you’re thinking of booking this… just do it! This was the coolest hotel I have ever stayed at. Right off the train station at Murren up a steep short hill. They have a porter service but we just had back packs so just walked up the short path. Easy! Walkable to the little down town where they have a few shops and restaurants. We ate the first night at the hotel bar which had amazing views, great food and amazing service! Shout out to Mateo who was a great server! We also ate dinner in the restaurant the following night which was also excellent! The included breakfast is the best one I have had also. The rooms were clean and very updated and nice. Room includes access to the gym and spas which was also very nice. Overall recommend 10/10. We will be back!

The Mürren Palace Hotel is top-tier. The location and scenery are breathtaking, the rooms are flawless, and the sauna and steam rooms were a absolute dream after a long day out. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff, especially the amazing bartender. She delivered perfect custom cocktails, remembered my order, and shared it with her team. More than anything, she and the others pulled off the ultimate trick of elite service: making me feel they genuinely cared about me. Fabulous property, fabulous staff.

This was a lovely place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast was delicious. The views were unbelievably beautiful. And we particularly enjoyed the sauna and wellness spa.
