We got to leave our bags there pre-check in and also after we checked out for a matter of hours. We found the convenience store which is nice and close on day one. I was really happy with the service received, given it’s not an expensive Hotel in my opinion. (We are from Australia). I would stay here again if ever in Seoul. "

"Fantastic stay at an amazing hotel. I've always liked the Mercure brand hotels whenever I travel. The room is always clean, comfortable with functional spaces. Unlike other hotels with similar size, this one is not loud and it doesn't feel like you are suffocating in the room. I will come back! Also the staff at this location is extremely polite and friendly! 10/10!"
