"The desk person on staff was amazing. I booked through a third party travel site and there was some kind of mix up. I had a prepaid reservation and they had no record. She jumped through hoops at 1230am when we arrived trying to get it figured out and when that wasn’t possible, she checked us in anyway so we could figure it out in the morning with the site manager. Not many places show that kind of dedication and trust anymore. "
