On the 3rd floor, facing south, this 3-room apartment (approximately 50m²) features a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchenette: stovetop, oven, and fridge-freezer. One bedroom with a double bed (140cm wide). A second bedroom with two single beds (sleeps 2). A fully renovated bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and separate toilet. A magnificent 10m² terrace with sea view (garden furniture and awning). The apartment is equipped for up to 4 people. Linens and sheets are not provided. End-of-stay cleaning is not included; an additional service is available.
