"we had an excellent week with Olivier and Nathalie who were friendly and understanding. the gite was the only one on the site and was connected to the hosts main house. we shared a pool with the hosts and were able to have swim every day. the gite was advertised for up to 5 persons but there was only two of us so loads of space. nice big rooms (for 2) and a decent fridge and freezer. great location for exploring Niort and La Rochelle plus the local area"

"This property was good for my wife and I. Everything we needed was available. The location is good with a lovely stroll along the water into the town centre. Parking outside on the road was not ideal and it was our 3rd day before we could park directly outside of the house. Only downside was the based bedroom, this is not suitable for use. It is noisy due to hum of fans and dehumidifer that was needed to keep the damp smell down. Great house if you are looking for one bedroom."

"We had great stay. It was a bit tricky to find our way in because of the pedestrianisation of the street where it is located. "I was travelling with two small dogs and a car full of stuff for my house rental. The hotel was safe and the garden was fabulous for the dogs. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. I had a great room and the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. All in all it was a great overnight stay and I may very well go back there on my return. "
