"The best thing about the Parc Hotel is the location for accessing the ski lifts. The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. "

"Breakfast not the best, only hot was powdered scrambled egg, burnt bacon and hash browns sat in fat. Room very noisy, chairs and tables moving on a wooden foor, 107. Was told it was because the staff room was directly above, they’ve had the same complaints previously "

"Limited breakfast, no cleaning was done, no proper towel change, everything was provided for only one person and there was two of us, had to pay for extra water which was disappointing."

"Jeremy was very good at communicating and the position of the chalet was excellent for the ski lift.However in the chalet we found at least 20 bed bugs in the beds. So we didnt stay. Jeremy was very apologetic and issued a full refund that day. I am sure that he will fully fumigate the place but you may wish to check before booking. We incurred other expenses by having to move to Val Thorens last minute for our ski holiday, some of which Jérémy covered."
