"We arrived at this lovely hotel to find that Expedia (hotels.com) had only forwarded a booking for one room, not the two we'd booked online. It appears this was not an isolated incident. "A pleasant family hotel in a good location in the town, but the rooms are in dire need of an update. We had a decent size triple room with view over the parking and entrance. Beds were comfortable enough, but there was carpet in the bathroom (like from the 90s) and no shower curtain to keep the water contained. We did not have the hotel breakfast but chose to eat at a café by the slopes. Positives: The women at the front desk was very nice, parking is included, lots of restaurants within walking...

"This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...
