Hotel Loreley

"Sant’Angelo is very cute but a little isolated as well. The bus goes to Caba Grado, after that it’s a system of golf cart, no cars. That said, the shuttle service (golf cart) that offers Loreley is fantastic. You just have to Whatapps them and they pick you up either Fumarole or Point info. It’s hilly there, hence so useful in the heat! We had an AC problem in our room the first night, it stopped working, we changed room at 3AM and no more issue. The staff is helpful there. The pool is very warm (probably heated by thermal) :) The breakfast is complete, served on their beautiful terrasse and very good! There are no little fridges in the rooms. The double bed are in fact two single bed put together (still comfortable). The only thing I’ll say is that there’s a strong smell of moisture/ humidity in the basement rooms/ although they have a nice terrasse."

"Yes the rooms are small but the bathrooms are fine, there is air conditioning but, more importantly, a great thermal pool area with sauna and cold plunge AND perhaps most importantly, free access to beach loungers and umbrellasonly four minute walk away.’ Simply put…if you don’t want to pay for beach chairs and umbrellas, don’t want to battle crowds to get said chairs and umbrellas, and don’t want to pay $$$ to experience a thermal pool (both indoors and outdoors) this is your place!"

"This place is like Your italian home outside your home.very cute,the family extremely friendly and niceee!we loved our stay!the only issues were with no A/C on the hottest day ever,and some miscommunication to reach the property.overall very happy,😊"

"Ask a lot of questions when checking in. They have information but need to get it from staff. Found out stuff on my last night that would have made my stay a lot better. Property is old but clean and perfect if you want a relax time but be prepared to walk a lot because the hills to go out are no joke."

"Clean room and great excellent view from the balcony . Did not care much about the amenities as the pool and spa were not that clean and organized specially indoor pool was not in the level of a resort style. But overall loved the trip and staff were quite helpful"

"Rooms were clean, towels replaced frequently. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite basic but still enjoyable; great coffee and croissants!! The pool was quite small as was the area around it but the gardens were well kept and quite pretty. View from our room (number 11) wasn’t very nice, we had a close rooftop view and our tiny balcony overlooked the next room. Our room was quite small too but when we asked for an upgrade we were told that all rooms were fully booked although it looked as though some rooms were vacant?? The à la carte restaurant food was amazing as was the view and we ate there most nights as half board option only let us sit inside without any views and a limited menu which wasn’t to our liking."
