"Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

"We had such a wonderful stay, made even better by the property owners!They were available for questions and when my Uncle arrived first, apparently chatty - he found their company so welcoming. The cabin had a little swing out front that the kids loved. We loved the pool and the commercial kitchen adjoining it - we are thinking birthday celebrations u der the Pavillion next year! Wonderful stay. "

"Great stay overall. The hosts were very nice and there is a small store on the property, which is handy for things like extra TP. Keep in mind that you do have to bring your own linens. Forgetting those would be a bit of a disaster. The property is beautiful but, it is right off the highway so, during the night the noise can be a bit annoying. It wasn’t a big deal for us but, if quiet is your goal this might be an issue. The area is mind bogglingly beautiful and Garner State Park is only a 7 minute drive, while Leakey proper is about 3 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay again. If you have an RV they now have a brand new RV lot that is lovely, complete with hookups, fire pits, lots of shade trees and more species of wildflowers than you can shake a stick at. We’re recommending it to all our RV pals. Don’t miss it."
