"We had a fantastic stay here and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish.The location was hard to beat. We loved being able to hop on the Duffy and cruise over to Balboa Island, and it was also just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great restaurants. The bikes were a fun bonus and made it easy to explore the area.The home itself was cozy, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after busy days out enjoying Newport, Disney, and the San Diego Zoo. We especially loved sipping our morning coffee on the patio with a beautiful water view, which made the start to each day feel extra special.Overall, this place had everything we needed and some great family memories were made here. We would absolutely stay here again and are so thankful to Judi for sharing this wonderful place! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Newport Beach getaway."

"Cozy little place with everything you need. Has boogy boards, bicycles, kayak. Bicycles could use some repairs and maintenance Great location. Parking space provided. Coffee shops, restaurants around the corner. Enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent Location! Just steps away from the beach! We are so glad to have this location for our budget. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was there. The only thing we didn’t have were plastic cups and dishes to take to the beach. They had everything else, beach chairs, toys, umbrella. There was unfortunately, loud construction on the house next door going on that created a lot of dust, but overall we had a great stay! Thank you Dave! "

"The floors were not clean-they had not been mopped. Made my feet black each time I walked on the floor. The pull-out couch mattress was very thin and the springs broke while we were laying on the bed.The bathrooms are very tiny and the back room should be made into another master with a TV.Great location and very DOG FRIENDLY!"
