"Breakfast was at sister hotel across the road and no kettle or ability to get coffee first thing without going for breakfast. Breakfast was as expected and fairly good. I was left waiting at the pick up point for the shuttle for 40 minutes at 11:30 pm - walking to the hotel would’ve taken 20. I felt slightly dismissed by staff when I raised this "

"The hotel is located very near to a metro station bus stop. It has parking available for free. There is also an airport shuttle. The staff were genuinely and uniformly helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are well appointed."

"Great location if you have business at the University of hospital. Very friendly staff and great, great breakfast. Basic amenities for those who need a room mainly to sleep in. Missed a gym but found ample running trails. Would stay there again for sure."
