The GA Palace became a home-away-from-home for us. The facility and amenities were extraordinary, and we have not a single complaint or criticism.
Best of all, the staff was a team of efficient, friendly, knowledgeable young professionals. They all treated us as honored guests and always made us feel comfortable. They seemed to enjoy their work.
The restaurant was beautiful, with exquisitely prepared dishes and a full bar. Both the inside and outside dining areas were well-appointed and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was lavish, with everything one could desire.
We give GA Palace the highest recommendation possible and will choose it again when we return to Porto.

It was absolutely delightful very clean. People were very friendly. My only concern and it wasn’t nothing to do with them was the language barrier I didn’t speak Portuguese very well, so it was hard to get through that but we found people that also spoke English so it turned out to be great so I really don’t have any complaints. I’d recommend this property to stay five star.
