Staff were helpful, however when attending for breakfast I was told ‘it’s closing’ rather than just offered a seat, when breakfast was due to be open for another hour. Room1. The bathroom was freezing, there was only a towel rail to heat a very big room. No shower, the bath only had a hand held shower which was disappointing. No hooks or shelves in bathroom. Great hotel though, good food, staff and atmosphere.
