Lovely cosy property! Immaculate and well looked after. Location was perfect for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning
We had a lovely time at the house, which was as described and the approach no where near as bad as some reviews have made out. The beds were comfortable and the cookies delicious! Emma was very helpful and April a delightful bonus visitor.
Spacious, comfortable and warm. Ideal for a group of6 plus baby. We used it as a base for attending our daughter's wedding. It's a rural area. The track to the property is very rough. The details sent to me about the WiFi were incorrect but we eventually sorted it
This is the third time we have stayed at Croft Meadows Farm and this time was the best yet. There has been quite a bit of investment in the property since we were last here with new bathrooms and a new boiler. Emma and Matt look after the property and the guests cannot do enough to make sure your stay is enjoyable and to make sure you have everything you need.
There was 4 adults, 3 kids and a teenager in our group and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden is a lovely place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine depending on the time of day. A car is essential as it is very rural and situated down a long track, however this does make it extremely peaceful and a wonderful place to switch off.
We will be back!
Just returned from a wonderful stay with my family to celebrate my sons 30th birthday at this farmhouse. It was a perfect size for 6 adults, a 2 year old and a dog. Matt the host was on hand to help if needed and really friendly. We were surrounded by cows, sheep and beautiful countryside and will definitely be returning for another celebration. Only downside was the slow communication through the app.
Everything was clean, a welcome bottle of wine, plenty of tea coffee and biscuits, so despite bad weather we had a great weekend, our third time in three years!

A very comfortable cottage in a lovely setting for those that like peace and quiet
Great farm cottage in the Staffordshire moorlands. Perfect for a peaceful time away. Rooms were all very clean and lovely decor. You need a car to get there and visit places but a footpath runs straight from the cottage if you want to get out into the countryside which is stunning.Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend!
We stayed for a wedding which was very local to the house, our host Emma was excellent nothing too much trouble. I would recommend the rural location but it was also close enough to local towns like leek , Buxton, bake well etc
A reunion of friends, with exploring of NT properties, & walking the Roaches, and Tittisworth reservoir

Great property, lovely location and surroundings
We rented this property for a family holiday with 8 adults, the property is spacious, clean and is set in beautiful surroundings. 5 bedrooms (3 double, 2 single) and 3 bathrooms all with showers made this property perfect for our big group.
Perfect location for exploring leek, stoke and surrounding areas.
Just returned from a lovely, long weekend with family. Everything about this place is wonderful, from the beautiful location, plentiful facilities, and generous hosts. We all throughly enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation!
This is a lovely cottage set away from it all but near enough to visit local attractions. The bedding and furniture were clean and the facilities were all we needed. Two adults and five children had an amazing fun time and there was plenty of room for more. I highly recommend a stay.
Lovely large farmhouse, light and airy. Beautifully furnished. Private garden with wonderful scenery. Hosts Emma and Matt are amazing hosts who are helpful in every way. On our list to return !
Wonderful stay over a VERY warm half term week. We are a mutigenarational group including some with mobility issues and the cottage was pretty perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone, and it is well equipped. We used as a base for exploring by both car and foot, and also had quiet restful hours in the garden very much enjoying the beautiful location and local wildlife. Matt was very helpful and responsive, and we enjoyed the resident goats! As per previous reviews the approach is a narrow farm track, but this caused us no problems with the three very different vehicles in our group. Our GPS took us to the exact place, we just had to trust it for the last mile! We very much hope to visit again.

Just returned from a fantastic Mon-Fri stay at the cottage. Stunning setting and well looked after.
We were two families of four with young children and it was perfect. Peak District on the doorstep and some beautiful locations within an hours drive. The cottage is stunning inside and has everything you need for your stay. The neighbours who assist in running the property were very friendly and helpful on arrival. We would definitely return.
As A group of musical friends , we get together annually to play music and meet up as we live in different places. Croft Meadows Farm was exactly the right place , and we were well looked after by Emma. Would not hesitate to recommend to others

Beautiful property, perfect for two families with young children
Lovely place, feels really nice and remote, but only 15/30 mins from lots of really great activities. Loved the roaches for bouldering, tittesworth reservoir and dimensions swimming pool.
Emma and Matt looked after us well too!
We’ll be back I’m sure!
Brilliant location for a few walks to the Rudyard reservoir, weather held out too. Two families staying over half term, with lots of space for the kids, plenty of outdoors and fresh air. Hosts ensured there was enough towels and bedding. Drying /coat room was great with the kids, meant there was no muddy boots in the house. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils/dishwasher/washing machine. Great stay would definitely love to return.
