"Stayed in executive room, heating stuck on tropical 27 degrees. Asked staff to sort it or move room, they allegedly sorted it whilst we used the lounge. Room was cooler on return but then back to 27 degrees by midnight until check out, hardly any sleep before a long haul flight!! Staff a reception’s attitude was poor all they advised was to email complaint! Still awaiting a response!!!"

"Paid for a standard double room but got a compact room. Window wouldn’t open so room was too warm. Paid for late checkout however this was not acknowledged so we were locked out of room. "

"It6 was the best hotel stay I have ever had at the airport or in Manchester. I always stay the night before my flight the next morning . I will look at rebooking again when I have a next morning flight. A GREAT room and the staff were of great help when required."

"Very friendly hotel and extremely accommodating. They allowed me early check-in and late check-out, which made a big difference. Excellent value for money, and there was no language barrier at all as all staff spoke English not polish. It’s a great option for families. I stayed for 3 nights and had a really comfortable experience. It’s about £15 by Uber into Manchester, you can use the hotel shuttle which runs every 20 minutes for around £3 to the airport or uber £7 which is very convenient. The food at the hotel is quite basic, but there’s a Travelodge on the same grounds, and a pub called The Romper just a 10-minute walk away that serves excellent food. WiFi is bit hit and miss especially on 2nd floor. Overall, you really can’t go wrong staying here."
