"We had a great time in this newly renovated camp.Loads of room for 10 adults, plenty of seating areas for meals, good outside area, A/C worked great and the overall fit and finish of the camp was wonderful. What they needed was enough plates, coffee cups and utensils for at least 10 people. The camp advertised it could handle 14, but it would have been a push with the kitchen utensils. We made do, but we would definitely stay here again."

"This camp was exactly what we were looking for! It was our 10 year anniversary and we wanted a hot tub on the beach, and it was exactly that! I loved drinking coffee on the hammock in the morning and the area had just enough privacy for us. Not too close to neighbors and right on the beach. The camp was very clean and the bed was super comfy! I love the bed spread/comforter...I'd like to know where you purchased it..I want for my bed! "AC cooled house perfectly, it was extremely hot and humid outside. The system was up to the challenge. Home was well laid out and accommodated 12 men no problem. Parking was no problem for all the trucks we had. I would stay here again."

"This was the perfect house for our family. Very spacious and well equipped with everything you need to cook and boil seafood. We really enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the pier. The sunrises and sunsets did not disappoint...Beautiful!!! We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Melanie for sharing it with my family!"

"The property is in a great location opposite the main island. The sandbar was fun for the kids, and it was nice not having the traffic and busyness of the main island. House was clean and comfortable. We had 6 adults and two kids, and I think we needed something a little bigger for all of us. The washing machine was horrendous and needs to be fixed ASAP. We couldn't wash hardly anything without it banging. Railing outside on patio needs additional slats for child safety. All doors in house need...

"If you are wanting a beach vacation without having to deal with the crowds at the big tourist spots I highly recommend grand isle. The beach was pretty and most days there was only 1 or 2 other families. Christy was a pleasure to work with. She kept in touch and even gave us recommendations on where to shop and eat. There was 11 of us total and we had plenty of room."

"The island is great, the location of the hotel also. There view is stunning! There are a lot of accommodations outside (pic bic table, 4 or 5 BBQ, a shower outside, a kitchen counter, you can really cook outside). In the room, It was clean but a little sticky. A full cleanup with TSP would correct that. The Owner is great! He loves the area, he provides great recommendations. We followed all his recommendations and we have great memories. "
