The staff and the food are amazing. However, the block where I stayed and my room were badly in need of renovation. Damage to the floor tiles in my room could have led to cut feet if I hadn't worn flip flops and paid careful attention to where I was walking.

Upon arrival we got upgraded for free as they overbooked our room, the staff were friend and helpful, room was clean, pool was amazing right out our sliding room too, dispite this it was a quiet area very enjoyable, breakfast was amazing great entertainment at nights.
