"The facility was great, but what was unexpected was the high standard of hospitality. The hospitality standard is more on par with what you would see at a five star hotel in other places in the world. It was truly impressive. The rooms are nice, clean, and very comfortable. "The grounds are beautiful,clean and maintained. When we arrived they were not prepared. The 1st guy wouldn't even open the gate. Second had to make a call and we received our key and apartment number. They didn't want to connect us to the wifi although the say free wifi. So 1st day no wifi The tv went out, the guy say the subscription was canceled and we needed to call about it. Idk who they expected us to call but we were without tv the last 3 days. "This is a great small hotel with amazing staff. We were welcomed and well taken care of. The property has a restaurant that has great ambience and amazing food. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The location is perfect and it is accessible to other restaurants, shopping areas and supermarkets. There are many things at walkable distance but it is also very accesible to transportations. The area is very safe, but they have security 24/7.
