8. Fire safety equipment must not be tampered with; emergency exits must remain clear.
9. Subletting or reassigning the booking is prohibited.
10. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or threatening behaviour toward staff, other guests, neighbours, or anyone connected to the property is strictly prohibited.
11. Failure to comply with house rules may result in **immediate removal** and/or **deduction from the security deposit**, with no refund issued in cases of misconduct.
