  • Latimer House is an 1800's built period gated country property boasting well maintained gardens to be enjoyed all year round! Located within walking distance of local amenities & within 3 miles (8-10 min drive) of Leicester town centre. Access to the whole house complete with two kitchens containing all amenities (x3 ovens, x2 sinks, x2 washer/dryers, x1 american style fridge freezer, espresso coffee machine and much more). The property also contains a Large dining room and large maintained grounds/garden, complete with seating in multiple different areas, including a BBQ area & large spacious bedrooms.
