Good location, convenient for the centre of Leicester. The staff were amazing especially the breakfast crew. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and clean room. Only issue was the parking. There is no free parking on site. Next door NCP parking is £15 per night, this has to be validated by the hotel.

Perfect for an overnight stay

Overnight stay. Arrived early hours of the morning - check- in very efficient and friendly despite the antisocial hour. Late check out offered as we were getting there so late so we could get some rest and not rush to leave. Staff couldnt have been more helpful. Room spacious, spotlessly clean with super comfortable bed

Leicester stay for my boys birthday

Lovely stay, staff were amazing. Beds were not the most comfortable for us and there was a bit of a dirty patch on the wall in the bathroom,which we notified staff of when we were checking out, and they were very apologetic.

This is what a hotel can be!

We arrived to a warm friendly reception. Our room was spacious and clean with t&c facilities, hairdryer and well equipped bathroom. Very comfy beds, plugs and charge points everywhere! Breakfast was relaxed despite the hotel being very busy. A server noticed my wife walks with a stick and was quick to offer her to bring her drinks and more. Bonus for us was having a carpark next door. Perfect for central Leicester. Many thanks
