The property and room was very quiet and clean, apart from the smell in floor 8 corridor. Saying that i did see that floor 6 was being refurbished so assumed they were working their way up. Staff were very professional and the breakfast was plentiful and of very good quality

We found this hotel and its staff to be perfect. The staff were super helpful and welcoming from the gentleman at the check-in desk, to Francisco who helped my daughter and I at breakfast with our allergies (we left super full!). The hotel is right in the heart of the city and about 10 mins from the shopping district. The Highcross shopping center car park was ideal to leave the car and we felt it was safe. It showed Leciester to be a real melting pot of communities who welcome people with a smile and easy conversation. Highly recommended for both families and business trips.

Easy check in and convenient room. Parking has changed and now a 10 minute walk to the Highcross Shopping Centre on the top floor…. A trek with a disability. The breakfast was quick, easy and very nice service. We use the hotel when I pick my daughter up from University… so easy for walking into the city for restaurants.

Was pretty early but we were allowed to check in Granddaughter loved the fact that she had a full size proper bed rather than the usual put me up Breakfast was top notch Subsidised parking was a bonus
