Please avoid the place they are fraudulent I made a booking using Expedia costing £ 50 and paid in advance when I got there they wanted me to pay £150, I was informed about this on the confirmation and the booking , I explained that I didn’t have that amount on me they refused me to check in and said I wouldn’t get a refund on the advance payment the is a big fraud please didn’t book this please

I showed up and there was no wifi even though i paid for wifi it wasn't not a hotel at all! It was an apartment building was was selling rooms as hotels there was no maid service and no one ever answered my emails

We had to wait outside in the rain for about 10 minutes for someone to come and let us in. We arrived quite late at night but once in we had to wait again for the room to be prepared. They did move me down to a ground floor room but a couple of hours after going to sleep someone used a key and entered our room. They left pretty quickly but Needless to say we did not sleep well.

Poor

Grimey room in poor condition with a tiny television and a horrible mattress. Not suitable for a comfortable stay - seems to be designed as student accommodation. They cut corners at every possible stage - for example, not even having towels in the room. Poor customer service - they do their best not to be helpful. Overall, I would not recommend if you’re looking for somewhere pleasant or comfortable. It is suitable if you need somewhere centrally located in Leicester with a kitchen and washing machine.

We arrived and only one out of 2 apartments was ready for us, no apology, just told to come back in a few hours. The apartments were basic and in disrepair. Our friends were on floor 2 whilst we stayed on floor 3. For the duration of our stay a man was asleep in the corridor, presumably homeless so I would question the safety of the building. The whole building smelt awfully and one apartment had only 1 towel for a flat supposedly to sleep 8. I wouldn’t go back unless desperate, these were ridiculously over priced for the standard and I’d recommend to no one.

Generally the location was quiet and that seemed to be the only upside however the condition of the room provided was not up to standard… there seemed to be a lot of mould in the bathroom, the heater had screws unlocking upon arrival and the countertop was peeled. Room booked via expedia wasn't given to us. We booked a 4 Person room and was given a extremely small for 2 people. Room was really poor condition, blinds were missing so couldn't get a proper night sleep. Feedback from staff was "it is not our problem you need to each put to expedia and complain to them instead"

Absolutely a joke

I had booked for luxury 2 bed apartment with queen bed which there was told only double bed.When arrived at this apartment there was quite a few issues that where quite alarming,the first apartment had water coming out of the fridge and stains all over the sofa bed.They moved us to another room which was the same and again not been cleaned and al had few issues, cooker was dirty, fridge had mould, the TV didn’t give a clear picture, some sort of stains over the bed wall area that looked like blood, kitchen area was broken, stains on the sofa bed, and mould around the bathroom area , plus the room the moved us into the road noise was terrible didn’t get any sleep which I decided I have had enough and checked out the next day. Completely upset and annoyed about this as it ruined our break with the kids and they where really upset. I really do hope that someone will do something about this as I would like to get a refund or something i have taken photos of both apartments

DO NOT STAY HERE

Would NOT recommend anyone to stay here. Bedding and sofa were unclean. Glasses and cutlery were dirty. Horrible smell throughout the building. Wifi didn't work. TV didn't work properly. Fire Blanket bag was EMPTY. There were loose screws on the floor. Very unsafe and dangerous. Also left us all ITCHY! To make it all worse, the check in/check out guy was conveniently absent so no one to complain to or get help. Very shady in general.

Loved my stay

It was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The guy who checked us in was also very nice and friendly, read we were 4 people and upgraded our apartment to 3 bed apartment from 1 room. Located in city centre and so easy to get to places from there.

This apartment was sold as ‘superior’ I wouldn’t like to see a standard one!! Poorly equipped no chairs or very little kitchen equipment. No glasses, no bedside tables, coathangers bare lightbulbs everywhere. Balcony with no furniture and ripped and stained carpets. Add to that the blinds don’t work and it all added up to a poor nights sleep. Best avoided.

Okay for a Short Stay

Staff were friendly, easy check-in and check out process. Some items weren't completely clean as there were some stains, blinds were also on their way out. Bed was comfy and basic amenities like towels, tea/coffee and plates provided. Good location but a bit loud if you want the windows open as no air con.

Room wasn’t necessarily clean, door handles missing, some broken on arrival, table was broken also, tear in sofa bed and £250 damage deposit that wasn’t clear before arriving which, with all the damage already present, almost feels like a trap to take your money. However aslong as the deposit gets returned it’s a fairly cheap place to stay for the night.

Awful place

I booked for one night with my partner, we parked in the dodgy looking garage around the back, which costs £10 per night! We then got directed to the “office” which is an empty apartment room with torn carpets and just a table which they operate from, at this point me and my partner felt very uncomfortable. I booked an in refundable room and as we entered I was instantly disappointed... bed right next to the front door, no windows for air, smelt funny, leftover food in the kitchen sink, hairs in the bathtub plug hole and the furniture was not comfortable at all. At this point we just decided to leave and not bother. What an awful place this is, I was uncomfortable in every sense of the word, you’re much better off paying an extra £20 per night and staying elsewhere.

The facility did not match the stated standards on the photos.  It and was unsafe to stay there for my family, and we  had to leave immediately to keep our baby away from this place. On the photos it is brand new but in reality we found old apartment with mold, terrible odour of old facility (smell of cigarettes, alcohol and sweat), holes in the sofa when on the picture it is new. Furniture has yellowish, used and old color instead of white. We were shocked and left apartment straight away. Please avoid using this property to save your money. The information about the hotel is misleading and fraudulent. I have only one choice to start recommending people around me not to use Expedia anymore. Expedia did not organize investigation after passing my inquiry to customer support and find why the quality of the advertised hotel is misleading. The hotel declined to pay at least a part of the refund for their fraudulent information. Expedia did not support me in this situation.

Terrível! Imundo, quente, sem circulação de ar, mau cheiro etc. Impossível hospedagem em apartamento onde as janelas abrem para o meio da rua, onde os pedestres podem até bater a cabeça nelas, ou colocá-las para dentro do apartamento. Fiquei 3h na porta do prédio Com minha esposa e filhos, aguardando socorro do pessoal do Hotéis.com, e vi diversas pessoas que aparentavam nitidamente estarem alcoolizadas ou drogadas, pois andavam se balançando, falando muito alto sozinhas e até batendo várias vezes na própria cabeça, entrarem e saírem sem nenhuma senha ou controle, pois o prédio não tem portaria!!!! Um absurdo este estabelecimento estar cadastrado no Hoteis.com!!!
