The room was clean and well presented. Despite the activities outside the hotel it was nice and quiet in the room. The shower is a little challenging because it leaks out through the shower door and floods the bathroom floor. Breakfast is adequate although the cooked breakfast was not very hot.

Hard to review !! Lovely hotel but parking a serious issue, have a blue badge but was told that the hotel has only 20 spaces in car park including two for Disabled badge holders all 20 are reserved. Was given a list for 3 alternative car parks and opted for the nearest which was on waste land 5-10 min walk away and paid to park but was then informed the entrance is locked at 8.30pm meaning I could not go out in my car. IHG have a very nice hotel but the parking and staff attitude towards parking spoilt my stay, I would not return to this hotel.

As a disabled business person most place do not take that in to consideration at all; felt completely different here and the help with letting me check out of the disabled parking late due to having a monthly training course right across the way was a god send; so much so I am preparing for my 5th stay at the hotel next week! Parking and all. Oh and Breakfast! Amazing server yourself that they help you with carrying items to a table etc. if you don’t like that there is also a menu that you can also order from which is within the same cost just off a menu

Kew Green should have informed me about name change from Brooklyn. My first visit to Leicester, it took me several drive arounds to locate. I.e you changed all the signage to Voco IHG which made me think Id got wrong hotel. Surely with the time it took to change signage you could have emailed me to let me know of name change.

A modern, clean hotel with friendly staff, it is in easy walking distance of the city centre. Breakfast is replenished frequently and there is a good selection available. Parking has to be purchased separately but be aware that the spaces are very limited and the car park may appear full making it difficult for you to park.

Friendly staff and comfortable, clean, room. Location is great for getting into the centre of Leicester and easy parking at the hospital across the road. Some of the furnishings and decor were a little tired.

The initial welcome we had was disappointing- I had sent two messages asking for an early check in -as I had come off a set of nights (nurse) and just wanted to check in at 2- on arrival told we had to wait till till 3 - very unfriendly receptionist when asking about parking a rather smug you should have booked! Here are your options no offer to take luggage in -I felt exhausted and then like a bag lady, having to trapse around luggage also not indicated on booking we had to book parking! My husband has a bad knee something I always look for! Breakfast was warm and not enough staff on for the number of guests so struggling keeping up with the demand! Felt so sorry for the staff off as they were being constantly berated by guests! - this was a special night at the champions lounge at tigers and although could not fault the room the initial start took the shine of the experience

Lovely quirky hotel. Only disappointment was being told 'last orders' at 10:30pm in the hotel bar and doors locked at this time when trying to return to bar area from the toilets. After a lovely experience at the hotel with the Fawlty Towers meal experience this was a bit disappointing.

Adjacent to toothpaste/toothbrush area on a higher level were placed glass tumblers presumably for water swillage of mouth...glasses could easily tip over edge into lower sink.....@ break ..safety hazard

I have now stayed twice at this property in the last two months, but the experience this time was a little disappointing to my first. The breakfast was late opening as they tried to offer a different option to the perfect option of ‘choose every option you could want for breakfast or all options..’ verses ‘order a breakfast from the menu like at a restaurant’ this ment it was an hour late on a busy working Wednesday morning for most; people were not best pleased. Also there was an issue/mistake with my disabled parking, which they did fix in the end. This was disappointing as the first time I stayed it was at a lot shorter notice than this time and they made a cripple like me feel so welcome and the extra mile. But one massive thing they were so kind to do; as I was at a conference the next day nearby (opposite at the Tiger stadium) was to leave my car there until after I had finished meaning it was a dream and literally [less]painless jumping in the car and driving home. In summary, great place, value for money, staff better than average by a distance, but just not far enough to reach good or better than most.

very little parking facility, had to drive around the town centre for 30mins to find a parking location, which was very frustrating after a 3hour journey already done and cost an extra £20 to the cost to park for the night.

Over all, great hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful… the rooms are lovely! So clean, facilities are good and the beds are comfy :) Only one down side was that there is limited parking that wasn’t highlighted that you should Pre book. This led us parking in the hospital car park which was only across the road but we would have pre booked had we have known to pre book. Also for a modern hotel there was no electric car charging, which most do have now. Over all, a great room for the night and great food! :)

Rooms are bigger than usual for this price range, with a proper place to work (decent chair, 'breakfast bar' with power and USB outlets). It's more like a small suite than a bedroom.
