"Day shift staff working the breakfast was friendly and helpful. Night shift barely told us how to get to our room. Had a handicap person and we were on the second floor. Elevator was scary doors closed and didn’t move for a long time."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was amazing from The moment we arrived. Anything you need or want is at your fingertips. "

"Hotel is very old. AC didn't work properly, refrigerator wasn't cold and toilet wouldn't flush all the time. Elevators are super small as are the rooms Staff, beach, pool and gelato were great"

"Not very happy with stay. First, staff upon arrival weren't very professional or friendly and seemed pretty disorganized. Throughout the entire trip one of the two elevators was down with multiple occasions of guests being trapped on a stuck elevator. The other working elevator didn't list the floor level because the reader was not working. Ocean view was a partial view. Upon checking out was erroneously charged every day for a valet charge that had to be disputed. I was refunded but very inconvenient when trying to checkout early to get to the airport. Pool attendees and Tikki bartender awesome but otherwise it was a hit or miss to get a friendly staff. Will definitely not stay there again."

"Plenty of free parking. Clean comfortable room. Very reasonably priced. $15 breakfast buffet, not free but better than most in the price range."
