6/10 Okay

"Love the hotel. Wishing for some air movement or air conditioning. It was over 90 in the room. Even with the window open. Had to open the door to the hallway to assist in air movement. The bar tender was great. All the help was great. Very clean. We could install air conditioning or assist in doing so. I didn’t realize parking was going to be an issue. I know now."

"The hotel has various pockets of very, very strong room deodorizers. I have a bad sniffer, so if I can smell it...it must be strong. You get hit with it when you walk into the lobby, and then scents change as you move into different hallways. It makes one wonder what they are covering up. The TV took a while to warm up and turn on. I think the hotel needs a remodel or to be turned into apartments. The units were big."

"The hotel was perfect. We had the penthouse with a full kitchen and a terrific view of the mountains. The hotel is situated just far enough away from downtown and the cruise ship chaos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a park with a whale sculpture and walkway. We hiked every trail in Juneau."
