Plus a 2 bedroom main floor newly remodeled unit, and also a private bed/bath suite. Available SUMMER, or for a year round rental. NO SMOKING, NO PETS, please.

**Large shared wooded backyard, your own small private fenced in area for tomatoes, herbs, bbqing privately but NO ANIMALS PLEASE. Pool installation and Landscaping is behind scheduled to be installed --I will keep you updated, bbq, firepit. Walk to downtown coffeeshops, restaurants and galleries. Close to Kennedy Park, equestrian facilities, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking the Appalachian Trail. Only 4 miles from BSO/Tanglewood. Close to Edith Wharton jazz and French, Shakespeare and Co Theatre, Williamstown Theatre, Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival.

Both with full kitchens, fully furnished, both with private entrances, and private fenced in patios, and a shared large backyard .
The main floor contains a newly remodeled: *2 bedroom/2 bath unit, very lovely. Porch and porch swing, full kitchen, all new. $3000 wk, prefer discounted monthly rental.
*As well, there is a private New bedroom and bathroom SUITE only on the main floor. $1500 wk
*Cash, check in advance, or Venmo only. This is a private, not corporate rental, so no credit cards.
**If you have a larger group renting, both upstairs apartments can easily be interconnected through a back hallway! In the process of being tastefully and simply furnished and rennovated.
