"Wonderful! I had a great 3-night stay at the hotel. I appreciated the great service and modern facilities with a great view of KL's vibrant KLCC district. The hotel is walking distance to the Suria mall. The food was very good and I got a complimentary room upgrade. All facilities are spacious and spotless. Thank you Element hotel staff!"

"Amazing apartment with all modern amenities - a full kitchen, large fridge and a washing machine. The bathroom was well appointed. The bed was vast and incredibly comfortable. The apartment was pristinely clean and quiet. I asked for a room with a view of the Petronas Towers and was given room 50-11 which had a fantastic view. There are 2 pools (one on the rooftop & a large one on the 6th floor). Both were really clean and well maintained. The foyer was quite busy at times but the staff were very efficient and the checking in & out process was easy. It is a very modern part of town with lots of high-rise buildings and not much local culture, but other than that, I would stay here again and would recommend it highly."
