Great place to stay. Nice and quiet. My only issue (if is a valid one) is that there's not enough towels, but in México is a common occurrence. It also needs an elevator.

Good place to stay. If you are hace some heavy luggage, you have to carry it up the stairs, because there's no elevator. The pool wasn't clean, no working filter for the water. The rest of the place, including room was really good and clean. Convenient location for shopping and a straight drive to the airport.

Very nice place. Everything is good, except two things I didn't like; there's no elevator, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, you have to use the stairs and perhaps making several trips upstairs. The other one is a dirty pool. It was a hot day and wanted to go cor a swim, but after seeing the pool, I decided no to. The water filter was not running, or maybe it didn't have one. Other than those couple of things, everything is good.

La reservación la hice por dos habitaciones, teniendo la confirmación y todo, no la respetaron, alegando que sólo era una habitación la que se había reservado, hasta que se mencionó que se iría a la PROFECO, fue que la manager del hotel salió a decir que casualmente le habían cancelado una habitación y tenían chance de darla. A mi parecer, la confusión por parte del hotel, fue que las habitaciones estaban con el mismo nombre (el adulto encargado del pago) y lo único que hacían era querer culpar a Expedia diciendo que lo hacían para estafar a los usuarios, cuando en realidad, no se había realizado ningún cobro, el cobro sería directamente en la propiedad.
