"The Hotel was wonderful, great accommodations, excellent housekeeping and mini bar fill-up. The restaurants on the property were also excellent Great food great service. We will definitely go back. Less happy with the flights. We are not used to the ultra cheap flights and found the Flair return trip very much below our expectations as compared with Air Canada with whom we usually fly. "

"Overpriced for the buffet supper and not a very extensive selection. Shuttle to the airport only ran every hour. Would have liked to see it run every half hour. Room very clean and comfortable. Very well appointed. "

"This is our second time in 2 years. First time we stayed at Nizuc without our kids, second time Sunrise, with kids. We are always very impressed with the resort staff, cleanliness, prompt service, great restaurant choices, great amenities, pretty good evening entertainment. Safe, secure property. Beach sucks. Dont stay here for the beach. The pools are great! The wait staff at the pools, and the swim-up bars are wonderful. Kids activites are more than adequate. We like Nizuc better for an adult-only trip. There are fewer children there."

"Overall it was good, we had to move to the hotel because of our flights were cancelled. Didn’t quite understand the two bottles of water for a room of four people. Restaurant food not good for the prices, breakfast could be better two. Room wasn’t clean during our two night stay at all. "
