Public parking in front of the residence. No internet connection. The fireplace is not functional. Gîte in an old house located in the heart of a typical Tarentaise village. Beautiful open view of the mountains and the valley. Spacious, well-equipped gîte. Mountain atmosphere and immediate proximity to shops and services. Gîte located in the heart of the charming village of Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and 8 km from the Les Ménuires resort. 17 km away, Val Thorens, the highest resort in Europe at 2300 m above sea level. Ideally located for exploring the entire massif by mountain bike (label "espace VTT/FFC") with nearly 120 routes from 1400 m to 2800 m above sea level. Numerous sports and wellness activities, leisure activities and varied entertainment, summer and winter, spread across the resorts. A perfect destination for sports enthusiasts and families!
