I liked breakfast very much, the hotel is at decent location. The elevator is operational, tv works fine. A lot of things do not work and not maintained: beds are no good especially for people with back problems, bathroom fans not working, dirty bed sheets, no hot water in the evening. Overall will not book again.

Front desk staffs were helpful. Very convenient location. Can walk to a lot of attractions. Breakfast was good. Parking is a bit challenging particularly when you arrive late.

Property very old outdated. Area was nice lots to do local resturants and shopping. Rooms clean but limited furniture and beds not so comfortable. For 2 nights it was acceptable.

We thought the location was great near Roma termini station, walking distance to main attraction’s, check in host excellent and got us in early due to long flight! Breakfast was excellent. It was a little dirty but the room was renovated and modern! Air conditioning was excellent so overall what we paid was good! Lots of restaurants around with great prices!

What a lovely find! A couple of roads bank from the main train station and with buses, metro, trams and hop on hop off buses 2 minutes away. Lovely room, clean, spacious and bath and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and a fussy teen was very happy to find nutella and toast. Oh and excellent air conditioning that was so needed after our super hot days. Wifi is good. Thoroughly recommend

Hotel was quite small with a shared elevator. The battery cover was missing on the aircon and TV remotes as well as the Safe. The Safe was not able to be locked because one of the batterys was not connecting due to the lack of a cover.

Perfectly fine hotel. The room did not look like the image advertised. It was pretty bare bones but the bed was clean and nice. As an example, the bathroom didn't have hangars for shower towels or hand towels. There wasn't countertop space either for the bathroom so just had to put toiletries on the lid of the toilet when you used them. The hotel was perfect for distance to Termini early train. But as we woke up 4AM, a crazy person outside was yelling, rummaging through trash and throwing stuff around, thankfully the hotel concierge and other hotels put a stop to it. Not the fault of this hotel, this would have been a problem with any hotel in the area as the Termini area is so dicy and kinda grimy. Hotel roomed smelled a little like plastic but maybe its just the cleaning supplies.
