The hotel looked old from outside and lobby was not very well lit but the room provided to us appeared to be newly renovated. Full room with 1 king bed and 2 individual twin beds. Full bath room with door. The clauset space was sufficient for 4 of us. The room had tiny fridge to keep water bottles or any other food item. The staff was extremely friendly - Emaliano, Waheed, Tamir and Lucas were awesome. We still talk about them
- glad that they were there at this hotel. For any information, wait for anyone of them to be on shift to get the information. The girl working at the front desk some days of the week is a disaster. We would wait for her shift to end before asking any questions or requesting any items. We even waited for her shift to end before checking out the hotel. She is the only disadvantage to this hotel. Very rude and ill mannered lady - should be working in the office behind closed doors with no human interaction. She would not even respond to greeting from guests. Not just us, but I have seen her behaving the same way to other guests. Otherwise, no complains. The hotel is location is very convenient to Termini station, restaurants, supermarkets, bus stops, etc.
