Everything was absolutely perfect, there was only one thing that was wrong, not sure if this was an Expedia or hotel issue but we did not get the same room we paid extra for… we paid extra for the suite room that has a jetted tub but we did not receive said room.. other than that though, it was amazing and all staff was very friendly!!! The housekeepers were on it and made our room perfect everytime we left, they put extra time into details such as cleaning the mirrors and shower everyday!!!

Absolutely great location. Close to train station and metro. Literally dozens of restaurant options within walking distance. Affordable. Breakfast area is compact but hotel has people sign up for when they are planning to attend so it works out. Staff great. Building is dated but well maintained.

Nice central location to Termini. Everything is within reasonable walking distance of this location. Hotel was just OK though. Water pressure on the 5th floor was quite low, which made Shower more of a light rinse. Rooms are ok, but in need of some updating. Room was very quiet. A/C worked very good.

Delightful stay

Great stay , hotel is very central walking distance to all attractions , hotel a little Bit dated in reception and staircase but room and bathroom looked as though it had just been done up , only fault was just green tea to drink could Of done with some coffee
