Very friendly and helpful staff! Room service was fast but they made an error and when they corrected it, they made another error…frustrating. Great room.
Great location right at King Cross and St. Pancras tube and train stations. Lots of nice eating and shopping close by. The area around the stations, Coal Yards and Regents Canal are recently improved and very nice.
Overall it is a good hotel located in a very convenient location. It is very clean and safe. The downside of this hotel is that it will charge you 300 pounds at the check in for deposit and will refund you at check out. But it takes longer time to get that refund. I have done the 8 days trip and still didn't get refund. That is annoying.
