"Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing."

"The location is very rural and quiet. The hotel rooms are fine however the bathrooms are dated. Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. I pointed out that a couple next to us who arrived after our table were served all their courses...

"We hebben met onze kinderen en hun vrienden genoten in de ruime woning. Een heerlijke keuken met voldoende gerei. Een fijn binnenzwembad maar met mogelijkheid open schuifpui en ligstoelen buiten. Genoeg voor vermaak zoals tafeltennistafel, pooltafel en een bios. Savonds in de zitkuil het kampvuur aan en nog wat op de bbq, terwijl de jacuzzi door enkele benut wordt; kortom, een fantastisch verblijf gehad. De service van Red en Mandy hebben we gewaardeerd; ze reageerden vlot en waren praktisch toe...

"Huge deposit charged at check-in against cleaning of the rooms at check out. Guests were required to conduct thorough room clean including hoovering. The bedcovers, sheets and pillow cases and towels were all charged for separately which was not mentioned at the booking. Misleading advertising, very disappointing upon arrival. "
