location was fabulous hotel very dated simple upgrades like rug in hallway stsirs and bathroom redo would make me return to this hotel we travel to Aix 3 times abyear sooo just spend some money to upgrade

The location is great and staff are helpful. However, we were initially placed in a room at the top floor of the hotel which was extremely hot due to a grand ceiling window. Once we got into our room, it was also very hot in there and so we turned on the ac but after 3 hours, the room still wasn’t fresh and we were sweating. The hotel staff kindly moved us to another room with working ac. Only this time, the Chromecast on the projector did not work and the staff could not help us. This wasn’t a huge issue but it was a bit annoying after dealing with the ac issue prior to this. All in all, we were there for the city and the hotel was a nice place to rest our heads.
