The staff were super friendly and the room was great. We had a view of the ocean and it was gorgeous! It was direct access to the beach which was perfect! Many restaurants and cafes were around the hotel as well. The bus station was right by the hotel which made transportation super easy. The buffet breakfast was also great! Overall a perfect stay!!

We really enjoyed our time at Rio Bravo! The staff were friendly and kind, and even taught us a bit of Spanish. The buffet offers a good selection of food, and we didn’t mind the 3 drink per person cap (it’s designed to stop people misbehaving), and the staff were lenient. We look forward to returning one day.

Hotel lovely, room nice but small no seating area we are English and didn't realise it would be full of Germans. Breakfast good Evening meal poor and did t get a drink included with meal ( inc had to pay for water) air con didn't work in room but eventually got it sorted. No sound proofing of room so noisy all night long with groups coming home 1am 2am 3am etc banging doors and shouting, asked to be moved but hotel full.
All in all nice hotel but wouldn't return due to area been German which we weren't told about

The outdoor pool was freezing cold and the front desk female staff members were very unfriendly. Upon checking in they seemed offended when I pointed out our VIP status with Expedia and acted like they didn’t know what it meant. Their “laundry facilities” consisted of 1 small washer and 1 dryer which were dirty and inconvenient. The bar and breakfast staff were very kind and the location was good, close to the beach and bus. Overall we were disappointed with this property and would not stay here again or recommend.

First the great things - spa area was amazing, room is warm and comfortable, views are great, aesthetics, staff. so good - the negative - the Hot Tub didnt work!!!! which is one of the reasons for paying more for the room ...
